2.1 Shipping Methods and Costs: ABYYA offers shipping across Belgium and to other EU countries. Shipping costs may vary based on location, size, and weight of the order. Orders above €100 qualify for free shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands and €150 within EU.

2.2 Delivery Times: We strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary but are typically within 5-7 business days for Belgium and 7-14 days for other EU countries.
2.3 Tracking and Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. We partner with reputable couriers to ensure timely delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
3. Return Policy
3.1 Return Period: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason and without justification.
3.2 Condition of Returned Goods: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Products that are returned damaged, worn, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of any items that have been washed or worn, even if within the 14-day statutory return period. Once an item has been washed, the right to return it is void.
We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration in fabric quality due to improper washing or drying. Customers are expected to follow the provided care instructions carefully.
3.3 Exemptions: Custom-made or personalized items are exempt from the standard return policy. This also applies to perishable goods, sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery, and goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if opened.
