My name is Yasmina, mother of three, and the founder of ABYYA.
For many years, I worked in the legal field, but deep down I knew that wasn’t where my heart truly belonged. I’ve always dreamed of creating my own clothing.
As I became more conscious about health, sustainability, and climate change, I started to notice something missing in the fashion world:
there were almost no brands that were both modest and made from natural, responsible materials. Most garments were still made from polyester; a fabric that harms our planet and, in the long run, even our bodies.
And that raised an important question for me:
How can we say we empower women if we are harming the Earth that God entrusted to us and harming our own health by wrapping ourselves in toxic fabrics?
I believe true empowerment begins with well-being because we cannot uplift women while dressing them in fabrics that harm their health or the Earth that God entrusted us.
That’s where ABYYA was born: each piece is our own desig, with fabrics carefully sourced from suppliers who uphold ethical standards and work with certified sustainable forests and production methods.
ABYYA is not that just another modest fashion brand: it’s a movement towards conscious elegance, faithful living, and collective growth. My dream is to build a beautiful community of women who inspire each other, live with intention, and create positive change together.
